Located on over 1/2 acre with a huge flat rear yard, this 1969 contemporary one-owner home was really nice.  I remember when the owner built it (he bought the land in the early 1950’s when Via Victoria didn’t even exist), and it had been exceptionally well-maintained over the years.  I remember helping him build that fence around the (serious) pool.  About 3000 square feet with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, it sold at $1.8 million.
